1. Booking Confirmation
Your party booking is not officially confirmed until we have received the full outstanding payment. Once you have received your quote from our party representative your requested date and time will then be reserved for a period of 48 hours. If full payment has not been received within this 48 hour period then your booking will not be complete and you will need to contact us again to request a time slot.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You reserve your right to cancel your booking up to 48 hours prior to your party time slot for a full refund of your payment.
The request to cancel your booking must be received via email from the Client who made the booking.
3. Damages & Early Party Termination
The Client will be responsible for the cost of any Pop Up Gaming equipment provided that cannot be located during the pack down or that is damaged via deliberate acts of vandalism or by neglectful use.
The Client agrees that if any Pop Up Gaming Staff Member is threatened, abused verbally or physically by anyone present at the event then the staff will be entitled to end the event, without penalty or refund of payment.
4. Requirements
The Client shall provide a suitable area for the event and ensure there is an adequate power supply which meets industry standards.
The Client shall provide parking for a single standard sized vehicle.
5. Liability
At Pop Up Gaming we will endeavor to arrive approximately 45 minutes before the party time slot however we cannot be held responsible for events which are out of our control such as traffic or other uncontrollable circumstances. In the event of late arrival, we will continue the event from the time we arrive until the arranged party duration has been reached.
6. Unforeseen Circumstances
At Pop Up Gaming we reserve the right to cancel, alter, or delay any booking where forced to do so by circumstances beyond our control, such as pandemic, serious illness, severe weather conditions or any other circumstances which could subject any of our employees or any of the participants to danger. In the event your booking is cancelled by us an alternative date will be arranged or a full refund will be issued.
7. Declaration
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
