Please fill out one of our booking forms on our website with details of your booking including your party address, preferred date and time and what equipment you would like. A Pop Up Gaming member will then email you with a quote and discuss any additional extras you might like.

Once you receive your quote and are happy with your booking, you will be emailed an invoice with payment instructions to be made via bank transfer. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash or cheque for our party bookings.

Once payment has been made, you will be sent your booking confirmation via email.

You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your event to receive a full refund.

We can provide a great gaming experience no matter what space you have available. If you are planning your party at home, we recommend our 2-screen package with each screen measuring 182cm in length. Each screen is perfect for those 4 player battles. In addition, if you don’t have much floor space, we can also provide up to 4 gaming monitors that are perfect for dining tables.

We recommend our gaming parties for ages 5 years +

Our standard children’s gaming parties are 90 minutes or 120 minutes long. Although parties can be as long as you like. Weddings and Corporate events can be tailored to your party needs.

All we require from you is a parking space and access to a power point.

Our standard packages take on average 90 minutes to setup.
